Cooking With Fruits In The Traditional Saxon Way

MAY-JUNE-JULY

This is not only about cooking and fruits. This is about experiencing a whole culture and what it has best. We present you the roots of using fruits not only in deserts, but their use along history and in particular in Transylvania, using their entire richness and good properties. This adventure is also about nature and what it grows in the woods and fields in the area, like rhubarb, elderflower, acacia, wild berries and cherries.

All of this is included in the surrounding Saxon villages with their fortified churches, the animals that grow free in the fields and the local crafts and habits, a culture that is still remained intact for hundreds of years.
