Making Of Bread – From Tradition To Modern Times

ALL YEAR AROUND

One of the oldest feature of our property is the bread stove, one of the biggest of its kind in the village. It can bake 12 loafs of bread, 3 kg each. You will take part in making the traditional bread exactly the way that is done for hundreds of years in this part. Some of the breads are covered before baking in cabbage leaves, taking the shape and the taste of the leaves.

We will prepare also sorts of bread that you can bake yourself at home and enjoy in every day life, like whole grain bread, traditional sweet bread, and why not fougasse and pizza dough.
